Cindy Montgenie, CEO of New Skies Nation and former tech executive, is a passionate multicultural business growth expert, certified executive coach, keynote speaker, and leader in her church and community.
Being born in a little known and exotic land where space rockets are launched, French Guiana, Cindy caught early on the spirit of thriving for more. As a black woman she defied the odds in climbing quickly the corporate ladder to manage billion-dollar businesses in the fast moving, highly competitive and male dominated technology industry. She has led multi-site international teams through one major merger, 2 company splits and countless internal reorganizations.
Cindy helps business leaders leverage the same strategies used in her 20-year international career in a Fortune 50 company, to win in the disruptive digital era, without losing their sanity by using a game changer mindset. No rocket scientist skills are needed, just the right game plan! Originally from France, Cindy has lived in Sweden, Mexico, and Venezuela. She is currently based in Miami. She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish. She holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole of Management, France.

Marlene Bryan fell into her career in the Telecommunications Industry. She chose her first job because she wanted to work in the blue, glass building where the company was located. She navigated the corporate world to become one of the first female Sales Engineer Manager in an area dominated by men. Later on she became a Product Director overseeing a large international team.
Marlene authored two books: "Live a Diamond Life, A Life of Purpose" and " Our Family Garden." She has a Masters from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New York at Albany. Marlene owns two companies: Marlene M. Bryan, Corp and Small Biz Evolution, LLC.

Born and raised in South Florida, Matthew A. Pigatt became familiar with the culture of the streets and the trials of poverty.
His story begins with his mother, who despite graduating high school with two kids, was the first and only in a family of twelve brothers and sisters to go to college. However, with three boys to raise single-handedly, it took his mother twelve years and four colleges to finally get a degree.
While his mother went to school and worked hard to provide a better life for her children, Matthew was headed in the wrong direction. After maintaining a 2.1 cumulative GPA until mid-way through his 11th grade, he transformed himself with the help of the 100 Black Men of South Florida into a high-achieving student that graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College.
The insights and methods shared through The Academic HustleTM were distilled from Matthew A. Pigatt’s national award-winning research on high-academic achievers, his personal journey of transforming into a high achiever with over $100,000 in funding for his education, and a system refined through years of working with at-risk individuals.

When RJ was 12, he became consumed with the idea that there had to be a way to help his dad, a professional chef, protect his hands. Bob would often come home with painful cuts and bandaged fingers which sometimes kept him out of work.
A year later, 3-D printouts in hand, RJ was accepted into the Young Entrepreneurs Academy at the Salisbury (MD) Area Chamber of Commerce and formed his company, Picklehead LLC.
In March 2017, RJ was featured as the youngest inventor to present a product at the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago, and was chosen to pitch to Home Shopping Network.
